Over the last three week my car has been at the Honda garage in Winnall with a broken rear windscreen.

The fact it has been there for three weeks is entirely due to the total incompetence of the insurance company and the glass repairers.

During the time the only people that have really taken an interest and been incredibly helpful have been the staff in the service department at Honda. They have chased the insurance company for me and taken pity on me to the extent that for the last two weeks they have lent me a car to enable me to get to work. Dave has been particularly supportive.

We have been so impressed that my husband, who will be changing his car in the near future, is thinking of moving away from VW to Honda.

Over the last ten years our family have purchased five Hondas from your company and we have to say that the service we have received has been second to none.
